The corporation serves as a production company specializing in project development, distribution attachment and finance & tax credit acquisition. Oxygen also manages a literary representation division representing over 150 screenwriters from around the globe with literary properties of ALL genres.

Oxygen Films specializes  in film development from story concept to production greenlight, finance acquisition, tax credit certification acquisition, online-networking, ongoing communications, development of visual presentations and Web Presence for projects to be considered by A-List caliber agents, managers, producers, financiers, direct investors and distributors.

Oxygen Films works globally with various film industry leaders including a contact network of 500+ key executives in production companies, talent and management agencies, distribution companies including international or territory sales representatives, and financial and private investment corporations.  -- Mostly from the USA (primarily NY & LA), also Canada, China, Europe, the UK, India and Australia -- all prestigious, all successful and credited.

With the beginning of every New Year comes much thought, speculation and anticipation about the year’s upcoming Academy Awards nominations. Only NINE days until the Oscars and I finally got 'round to watching the film nominated for Best Picture which I’ve most wanted to see, of all the nine nominees !  The Trial of the Chicago 7 .  Excellent film, and if you haven’t seen it yet, jump onto Netflix , grab some popcorn and get ready for two hours of an extremely well-made political, drama, thriller. This film has been in the works for several years, with development of the script beginning as far back as 2006 when Steven Spielberg was onboard as producer.
