Trial of the Chicago 7 Deserves the WIN!

Only NINE days until the Oscars and I finally got 'round to watching the film nominated for Best Picture which I’ve most wanted to see, of all the nine nominees !  The Trial of the Chicago 7 .  Excellent film, and if you haven’t seen it yet, jump onto Netflix , grab some popcorn and get ready for two hours of an extremely well-made political, drama, thriller. This list celebrates the very best of those people . Often within ...

The pool of potential nominees includes past Oscar winners Mark Rylance and Eddie Redmayne and recent Emmy champs Jeremy Strong and Yahya Abdul-Mateen, along with Michael Keaton , Frank Langella , Joseph Gordon Levitt and Sacha Baron Cohen — and that’s just the cast of Aaron Sorkin ’s “ The Trial of the Chicago 7 ,” which could completely fill the Best Supporting Actor category and still have people left over. On the Best Supporting Actress side, where “Chicag...
